You can get all the info you'd ever want on the
Honda/NGK/Bosch sensors by going to the online
patents office(FREE) at http://www.uspto.gov/patft/
then try entering "oxygen sensor" AND "NGK" as a search.

VOILA every bit of info you'd ever want to know about the
Honda(NGK) sensor, including circuit diagrams and even a special
warm up circuit to prevent cracking of the ceramic or damage to the
ion pump on start up.

You could actually order a few components and knock up a prototype
within a week or so, based on the stuff there.

I'm going to order a Honda Sensor and a few bits, and see if I cant
get something working.

Should I bother to post my circuit diagrams on my web site, or do you
all have "the t-shirt" already.

Anyone help me out with that SAE ???? I think most of the stuff in the
patents is more upto date, but I'd still like to see it.
