Problem in my PC-based EFI....

Dear all,
I have a serious probem (especially for me !! because i have no background
in electronic science....) with my pc-based EFI. Before I explain what my
problem is, I will explain what kind of stuff that I used on my pc-based EFI

1. A PC with Processor AMD K6 200 Mhz, SDRAM Visipro 32 MBytes.
2. A disc with 2 hole that fitted on camshaft as a speed sensor and
position sensor (just for trigger).
3. A Thermistor as a Temperatur Sensor
4. A Mass Air Flow Sensor.
5. A Throttle Sensor.
6. Some signal conditionings.
7. A DAS (Data Acquisition System) Card, that use MAX 180 ACPL
8. Parallel Port as an output port to the driver of fuel injectors.
9. Driver for fuel injector.
11. Daihatzu Zebra 1600 cc engine.
10. Borland Pascal for writing my software.

Because of some damages on 2 of 4 main injectors, I can't use my pc-based
efi to a real engine. Then I use 5 leds that act as injectors (4 leds that
act as main injectors and 1 led that acts as a cold start injector). But I
still use 2 injectors, that also have been connected to driver.... 1
injector represents 1 of 4 main injectors and 1 injector represents cold
start injector.

Fyi, others sensor still connected to real engine.... only injectors that
represented by leds. In my software, beside I do some mathematic equations
to determine fuel injection time, I also write tasks to show engine
conditions  (engine speed, engine temperatur, mass air flow, mass of air,
mass of fuel and injection time) on the display / monitor.

When I start the engine.... everything is working properly, except the
injectors. It never work, although the leds work. Then I try to slow down
the injection time (NOT the engine !!! I can do it, as long as it doesn't
exceed the maximum injection time). I mean, if the injection time is 3
miliseconds, then I slow down it to 5 milisecond. And it works... the
injectors can work properly !!

Can anyone on the milist explain me, what's wrong with my pc-based efi ???
I really need someone to explain it.
