I, too, had run across this site a few years back.  I know a few teams
at the local circle track that use it as a 'primer' for new drivers
and crew members.  The math is a little bit much for a lot of them, but
it's all there if they want to learn.

Personally, I prefer the PDF version (phor.pdf). The formulas are a 
little easier to read (for me), and print better.

Highly recommended.  BTW - I've never found anything better in the 
years since first seeing this.
