     You refer to 1 of the 3 AFM  measurements being out of spec, can you be
more specific.
 I assume this is the air flap AFM type  which is a  special varaible resistor
with a number of parallel resistor taps at different points of the arc. If you
measure the resistance it does not provide a smooth increase / decrease in
resistance .
 You can change the calibration of the AFM by altering the spring tension acting
against the flap, but you should really do this on a rolling road so as to get
the right mixture accross the whole load range.
