Display? How about a simple ROM look up table. You can accommodate any non
linearity's by storing the calibration factors in the ROM.

Example. Use a 12 bit A/D converter on the 0V to 1V output. Use the digital
output to address the ROM. Add a simple digital display driver to the output
of the ROM. You can have several curves stored in the ROM:
1. Analog voltage
2. Lambda
3. Air Fuel ratio
A simple switch that changes the upper address to the ROM will allow you to
switch between the three.
