honda turbo/efi project

	Their is a specific group of people who work on Honda 600cc CBR
engines and many of them turbocharge their cars.
http://www.sae.org/students/formula.htm.  You may find some references to
the Formula SAE cars and some resources online as well as mailing lists.
They are required to run a 20mm intake restrictor, so they run much less
power than you do; but they have had to custom make many of the systems on
their cars and have a great deal of experience... you might find a good
baseline to work from.  
	As far as modifying your whole car to agree with that much power,
there are a lot of individuals doing this currently.  They just don't have
the same sponsorship, and are therefore less visible than, the good ol'
american cars have.  There are a lot of websites and references online b/c
many of these people are young and want to get their image out there... just

Sorry if this is a bit off topic for this list. There are a bunch of very
smart technical people running around here and i wanted to run it past you
guys. I'm getting ready to build a turbo kit for my 1.6L SOHC VTEC civic. I
will be going with some kind of aftermarket EFI. Right now i'm looking at
the autronic SMC. I have a speedpro on my supercharged camaro, but i really
want the ability to control boost levels from the ECU. Anyway, what I'm
seeking right now is some good technical references on other similar
projects like this. I am new to the import performance scene and thus don't
have much of a feel for things like turbo selection, necessary fuel system
upgrades, driveline upgrades, etc. that would be necessary for this type of
vehicle. I'm looking for 325-350 flywheel hp. The problem i'm having is that
all the honda-related boards and lists that i find are "where can i get
clear taillights" or "who's decals are the stickiest". any pointers would be
appreciated.
