Source for small throttle bodies Re: DIY_EFI Digest V5 #364

I read the following in the digest and am interested in getting a look at
these,
does anybody have any particular MYET combo that these would definitely be
on?
Do you happen to know what the bore size was on them (48,52,56mm?).
