Sounds like the 7749 Turbo sunbird ECM.
Code has also been used in the 727/730 by some folks.
The chip has the same offsets as the Syclone 6cyl, and
has been totally exploited.    You'd need GM compatible sensors, but
would be doable.  Especailly if you could strip a 87-90 turbo
sunbird in a boneyard.  For more, write me offlist with my name in the
