450 HP (GROSS) output from the engine, 12 psi of boost (at sea level), 80
degreee F inlet air temp to the blower, and 65% efficiency compressor,
assuming the step up gearing is 90% eefficient-- would draw about  44 HP to
drive the blower, thus making the NET output from the engine about 406 HP.
