pressure regulator without tank return line

I'm looking for a pressure regulator to drop 105 psi fuel pressure that
supplies the current mechanical fuel injection system down to about 30 psi
to supply a turbo enrichment system running pulsed electronic fuel
injectors. This assumes that it is not advisable to run electronic fuel
injectors at 105 psi, if anyone has experience to the contrary please let me
know!

Most stock regulators are installed at the end of the fuel line and
maintain a constant pressure by dumping the excess fuel back to the tank. I
need a regulator that can be installed inline and does not bleed fuel back
to the tank.
I could generate a 30 psi drop by feeding the fuel outlet into the vacuum
inlet (for a three orifice regulator) but it doesn't provide the pressure
I'm looking for and it doesn't ensure a minimum operating pressure.

Thanks in advance for the help
