DIY-WB Output Voltage Scaling

Geesh,  "went after", not hardly.  I just had to continually reexplain
things, since some folks seemed to have the urge to violate the spirit of
the project, or were willing to support others in their violation of it.
For some it takes time to get the knack of soldering or software, some never
do, but not to make a sincere attempt, leaves them at just short changing
themselves.
