The S2000 has two cam sensors (one three tooth wheel on each cam) plus a =
crank pos sensor (12 tooth wheel). As far as I know this is how it =
works on all the other Honda DIS systems (Accord, Oddysey, Insight, =
Civic....) as well.
For my Civic motor however, I will use a cam sensor wheel which luckily =
enough I can purchase as a bolt on from Electromotive. Not sure why =
Electomotive uses a cam wheel instead of a crank wheel as their own =
system for the Honda uses a wasted spark system (must just be easier to =
package on the car) As for having four output channels for the four =
coils, the Haltech ignition box has 5 outputs, so all four coils will =
get separate signals no problem.

The cool factor VERY high indeed. I am thinking that there has to be =
some kind of sensor to tell the CPU what plug to fire. maybe off of the =
alternator?
