You are using an ignitor for each coil in this case? Right now I am using
two waste spark coils and two ignitors so I don't think I am overdoing it as
each ignitor will receive be firing every 360 degrees and as per your
example mine would be the equivalent of 500 rpm. In any case I am using
0227100139 which are auto dwell, are the xxx 008 series auto dwell? I
haven't yet noticed a miss on acceleration, but haven't yet done
acceleration testing.... Please let me know the details of the Bosch units
being used and why you think they are missing

When using Bosch XXX 008 or similar modules at very low engine speeds ,
ie a multi coil application, can miss fire due to the internal circuitry,
during a rapid acceleration. It is due to the long dwell time outside the
range of normal running.
A 4 cylinder engine with a coil per cylinder at 1000RPM is equivalent
to a 1 coil 4 cylinder engine at 250RPM.
The module cannot cope.
