Chrysler/Dodge OBD II scan tool hardware and software

I've used the MasterTech with Mopar cartridge and it gives erroneous
data--still found the MT2500 SnapOn to be the most reliable...but I can't
say about the Vipers--haven't had one in the shop. However--never had
problems with the trucks.
