The 24+32 pin C3 dual injector TBI ECMs should all be plug and pray,
except perhaps for some accessories.

The single injector 24+32 pin C3's should also be identical in their
group.  The '165 P4 matches this group - and indeed GM briefly used it
in place of one of these C3's.

The 24+32 pin port injection C3's are similar (though not 100%
identical) to each other and the previous two groups.

All the carb ECMs might be similar.  I haven't checked actual pinouts,
but they seem to use the same plugs.

About the only C3's which don't have much compatibility are the edge
card based single TBI ECMs.
