Mazda rotaries. Pre mix and octane reduction

The line that caught my attention is this:

> tracks.

Is it used on the street the rest of the time?

Premix may not be a good choice then, a lot higher oil mixtures will be
needed at high rpm and low load.

How is the oil system controlled by the stock computer, can't an aftermarket
computer supply a suitable signal?
