archive update

The html archives for gmecm are up-to-date not including the current
month.  Still no search engine but you can browse by thread or by date,
and you can download monthly archives as large text files.  It's all
available from the "search/browse article archives" link from the gmecm
page.  Same goes for the diy_efi archives, except that html archives are
only from the very beginning.  There are 120 or so monthly archives,
it'll take a while to get them converted.
