Off Topic- Turbo Oiler

I have a problem with getting oil to my turbocharger on a Kawasaki Kz1100
These aircooled engines put out very low oil pressure, not enough for my IHI 
RHB6 turbo. I was considering a "self contained" oiling system based on 12v 
pump, about 40psi. Anybody ever designed/built such a device? Any ideas?
