Damping oscillating boost gauge needle???

Put an orifice(.040-.060") in the vacuum/boost line about 12" from the
guage. It will dampen the pulses. It will also make the gueage react a
little slower but shouldn't be a prob.

You might try just increasing the length of tubing from the gauge to the
intake. The extra air in the tube should help dampen any pressure pulses.
