Starting fuel load question

Dan,

Thankyou. It looks like I just haven't been pumping enough fuel in. I was
using a factor of 3 times the idle fuel for cranking but you are using 7 and
others have indicated up to 10 times.

This could explain why it got a little better when I went from 20% cold
enrich to 35% but ran too rich while it was warming. I'll try something
closer to your settings.
