TPS based boost control?

Bailey Eng.'s Bsct Contllr for the GN acts similiar to that.
In the GN code there is wastegate vs rpm, and with a little twisting of code
could go % wastegate DC by TPS.
GN code also has a wastegate DC cut by gear so to limit boost as the aero
load increases.
