"All" Gar did is break his word, and I called him on it.  No more no less.
He more or less spearheaded the first work, and the WB, and *we* all kicked
in time, looking up patents, etc, then when he got mad and decided to make
it available only as a commercial item, I called him on it.

Such is life.  Profit is what killed the project the first time around, and
the guys that contributed to getting it available, wanted that as a
condition of their help.   So I should have given up on those that were
working on it for a *might have*?.  That wouldn't make any sense.
It's this **HINDRANCE** that allowed for it to be completed.
