Hello everyone=20

Excuse my ignorance but I've just started messing around with my ECU and =
I need some help.
I have a FIAT Seicento Sporting 1108cc [1998-99], (Webber-Marelli 16F =
SPI) with a 27512 eprom.
All I've found so far for my car is a (.bin) file from a polish website =
that I can't translate (even with web translators) and all I know is =
that it doesn't have a rev limiter.
However I would like to check out what differences that downloaded eprom =
has and edit to try to get rid of a hole at 3000-4000rpm.=20
Is there any software out there, or anyone that could give me a few =
hints regarding this file?

All map editors I've found seem to support mostly american cars.  I'm =
also missing the (.ecu) file as well right ?
Any information relevant to my car would be greatly appreciated and most =
welcome.
