[Diy_efi] WB testing problems MORE!!!

Where'd you put the 20k resistor?

I am having the same problem however I have not tried the
"full range" of cap options people have suggested yet.

Let me know, as I will pop a 20k in the same spot (once I 
get one) and try the rest of the tests.
