[Diy_efi] Fuel Pump speed controller

  Needing a fairly cheap and reliable 12v. DC fuel pump speed controller.  I 
have tried two kits from QKits and one of them couldn't handle the 5 amps and 
the other lost too much voltage through the circuits.  Any suggestions would 
be appreciated.
