I think that this may be a misnomer.

Elasticity is not the same as compressibility.

It refers to the ability or lack there of for a solid to return to
it's
original shape when deformed in a specific test. Liquids by
their nature would not be able to be tested.

What type of equation are you working on ?

Why do need fuel "elasticity" ?
