[Diy_efi] acceleration enrichment? retard or advance ignition timing?

My ECU has accel ignition advance only on the retard side. I cannot tell
more since I'm not using it but I can imagine it is used to avoid pinging
when opening the throttle very quickly, where the mixture can be lean for a
little while. Accel fuel will really depends on the engine, you'll need that
if there is a 'hole' (a lean miss) with you suddenly open the throttle. To
properly implement this feature you need to look at the throttle opening
rate (like deg/s), and have a decay rate (like %/rev) and possibly a clamp
value (like max ms), all rpm dependant and maybe also engine coolant temp
dependant :-)

hth,
Axel
