[Diy_efi] default ignition tables

Marc,
The manufacturers computer is in a half cut and I'm not keen to hack out
the wiring harness and have a huge mass of wires in my car.
I can't simulate the sensors either because the old system uses
a MAF sensor and mine will use a MAP sensor.
Sorry about the typo should have read 4 valve per cylinder.
