[Diy_efi] Newbie question

run the distributor with a drill feed it some power. check the output on the  
- side fo the coil with a osciliscope. then compare the output of the tach 
signal line on the electromotive for signal type. electromotive should use a 
standard squre wave signal for tach output so im lost why yr friends setup 
did not work unless the bosch unit doesnt use a squrea wave signal.
