[Diy_efi] creating ecu files for winbin or tunercat ???

ok guys this is gonna sound stupid to you savy guys out there but are there 
any places to learn how to create ecu files for winbin. the tuner cat is 
relatively self explanatory. i need to create a defintion for the $6d ecm 
7302 in the 3 rd gen camaros and chevy celebrity etc etc etc ?? any advice 
anybody hacked one yet ??
