[Diy_efi] Spark Plug readings

I may be able to catch some pictures of a Mitsu engine with a little too
much "octane reducer" sneaking past the turbo seals. This particular v6 is
missing about 30% of the top of #5 piston, and about 40% of the top of #4
piston. This happened in a *very* definitely rich calibration, in a car
with good intercoolers and moderately low intake temps. Funny, but the
owner never reported hearing any detonation either.

Oh yeah, it's dead alright.
