[Diy_efi] coolant temperature mod

It a *point* to add spark as MAT raises.
CTS also effects MAT, so you have to juggle the two,
CTS wants *some* advance at lower temps, and then peaking out just over
normal operating temps.
AND THIS VARIES TREMENDOUSLY from application to application.
