[Diy_efi] tcc lockup help needed

Was wondering if someone could help me figure out what settings to use for 
tcc load tables... I cant seem to get my tcc to stay locked in overdrive... 
when in od I want it to remain locked all the time..
when I changed %tps lower limit to 0 at speeds over 50, and %tps upper limit 
to 99.6 (speeds over 50), I figgured that might do it, but now the tcc wont 
lock at all...
this was the 4cyl. running a 747 with acsf9901 bin.
Also, im not using pinout c7 "high gear switch" could this be an issue?
Is this an overdrive switch in the tranny that holds tcc locked when closed?
