[Diy_efi] diy - wb help needed

All of the mentioned resistors are of the same 
value: 10k (R11, R12, R13, R14, R31, R35).

The difference is that R14 is a 5% tolerance while
the others are a 1% tolerance. 

A 1% tolerance resistor may be used for R14.
