[Diy_efi] Another parts correction WB 23 May LED Display

OK, 
its really hard getting all this paper right even after the thing 
is working.  The orderable supplier numbers were left off 
for R1/R11/R12/R16  (1K 1/4W 1%) and for R5/R6/R7/R8 
(4.7K 1/4W 5%).  So here are those additions.  The previous 
18 ohm 1/2W error was already fixed.  If this is going to cost 
you a special order, just send $1 and I'll mail you those 10
