[Diy_efi] WB02 not passing tests completely

No dice. All components check out ok. Maybe it's a suspect opamp?
With the longer time constant, will my Vout contain more error, or will be
slower to react? I guess I could lower R18 to 20k or so...that should about
double it's speed, right?
