[Diy_efi] Archive problems.

Hi all...

Just to report that quite a few of the archive txt files cannot read due to wrong permissions.

For example:
--03:34:57--  http://www.diy-efi.org:80/diy_efi/archive/2001-December.txt
           => `2001-December.txt'
	   Connecting to www.diy-efi.org:80... connected!
	   HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 403 Forbidden
	   03:34:57 ERROR 403: Forbidden.

This happened on 2000-feb to 2001-jan and 2001-oct to 2002-may.
