Dave.

What make you think it is an 80515?  The ML3.1 has an 8051 with an external
EPROM. 1kx8 ROM is internal to the 8051 and the EPROM is 2kx8.

The 80515 has 8kx8 internal ROM. Is that what you downloaded? I am not clear
from what you wrote.
