[Diy_efi] Knock Detection by J+S

Some engines can generate a freq., similiar to knock, which can fool an
acoustic K/S.
By developing two windows of when to listen for the knock you can develope
one as background noise and then analyse the difference to see if it's
actual knock or not.
By retarding one or all 8 cylinders at a time, and then adding the timing
back in one by one you can figure out which one is the problem.   I don't
know if this is how J+S, or Accel do it.
