[Diy_efi] WB Calibration Problem?

I have been working a few of the wide band circuits now, and it seems that
step 34 is in error.  According to the checkout, with the .450 V ref applied
to U2 pin 3, the output of U2 pin 8 is supposed to drop slowly to about -3.4
Volts.  The problem is, if both op-amps have little error or near perfect,
the voltage will be exactly the same on U2 pins 9 and 10.  There is no
reason for the voltage to change if the inputs are the same!

If step 34 does not work, then steps 36 and 42 will not work also.

Is anyone else seeing this problem?.....Tim.
