Thanks for the response, I should have put in that I have replaced the IA=
C, TPS, and O2 sensors recently. Is the voltage to the IAC suppose to be =
constant or does it change with engine temp to increase/decrease the rpm?=

Replace the IAC motor. They get sluggish when they get carbon buildup on =
them.
