[Diy_efi] PWM frequency conversion

Yep, just the duty cycle. I'd like to translate the injectory duty cycle % into
a fixed width (about 30ms) PWM signal of the same %.

An eight bit micro would do the job.
All you're after is the duty-cycle right??
