[Diy_efi] TPS or MAP Sensor ?

Good day to all.

I have a question for you with regards to running an engine on a Throttle 
position sensor or a MAP Sensor for the engine load feed into the ECU.
The current ECU i'm running is a GEMS EM20 and at the moment i'm using a TPS 
sensor to measure engine load and relay it's information back to the fuel 
and ignition maps in the ECU, now the engine is for use in  small aircraft 
and because the propeller can be changed from one pitch to another the 
engine load line moves within the ECU's maps and it's causing a bit of a 
problem in that i have to remap the engine for each propeller i use.

Anything anyone ??
