[Diy_efi] Need Help With Holley Pro-Jection

My experience with Jeep CJ style + TBI + frame mounted pump showed that
early Jeeps really should have some type of baffle installed around the
suction line in the tank.

The pump of the frame is typically not intended to suck fuel out of the
tank. Instructions which say the EFI fuel filter should be installed
between the tank and pump are just going to cause problems in the not so
distant future as they make a tough job impossible for the pump. If a
person feels they absolutely have to install a filter between the tank
and pump, they should use an old carbureted type filter.

Seems as though diagnosing no fuel to the TB should be a fairly
straightforward process. Providing you have fuel in the tank, you can
work back from the engine to the tank to determine where the problem
occurs. At the very least, the pump should be able to draw fuel from an
open can to pump it immediately back into that same can.
