Well, if you are trying to build some sort of  fog machine, maybe it's very
little water. OTOH if all you want is suppress detonation in most SI
engines, 50% (or 0.625 ml in your specific example) is more than enough,
usually 15-20% (or 0.19ml-0.25ml, again in your specific example) will do
just fine.
