[Diy_efi] Water metanol turbo assist

I think I have pdf files of those papers.  Yes indeedy they were injecting
up to 50% of the fuel rate (at WOT) into the enignes.  How else do you make
a Thuderbolt chase down a V-1 at 479 mph!
