[Diy_efi] RB26 GTR stuff

Yip.. That=B9s the comp wheel size with a 0.7 cover.
Witht he 0.64 the cars are very drivable.. With the 0.86.. Laggy, but more
power potential.
I don't have dyno runs of it, but similar cars make anywhere from
300kw-450kw at the wheels obviously depending on other mods.
