You need a microcontroller with 2 A/D inputs and 8 or so general purpose
outputs.  I put together a pulse width measurement project using a PIC
and a 2 line LCD display that's on the DIY projects page. It doesn't use
the A/D input but it does have all the code for driving the LCD
display.  You're welcome to use any or all of it however you'd like.
