[Diy_efi] Grounding issues with Honda ECU

<PRE>having had troubles with older honda quiet fequently(86-89 accords) id 
suggest upgrading to 4 wire o2 sensors and replace the battery ground cables 
from cahssi sto engine as well as battery to chassis and etc. this should 
solve the trouble. its also ok to ground the ecm more effectively.
