I know it is getting pretty popular to put a northstar into a Fiero. You
may want to contact some of them and see what all they do.

Subject: [Diy_efi] Newbie here guys- help on caddy/Pontiac ECU's

> Ok well here is my dilema. I have a 1994 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP with the
3.4L engine in it. My first project is to convert this car to stick shift.
The last optional stick shift grand Prix was in 93. Do I change my ECU to
93 and call it a day or is there something else that I can do??? My second
dilema is that once I get that in and working I will soon thereafter be
putting in a 95+ cadillac 4.6L DOHC Northstar engine into my pontiac. This
has never been completed before due to complicated wiring system and custom
mounting for the engine. I know this is asking a lot but please bear with
me here..... I dont want to lose my (HUD) Heads-Up Display that is
controlled by the tranny VSS. note: the HUD is not a caddy option, but
does have the VSS output on the tranny. ANY help is more than I already
know. I dont even know where this email is going to go, but maybe it will
show up online in the archives with 4 simple answered responses back. Ok
enough daydreaming.
